Cancellation Conditions of Arbor Park

Refund Processing Timeline:
In case of refund eligibility, the amount will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation, in accordance with the following policy.

We offer Refundable and Non-Refundable options for booking.

For Non-Refundable Bookings, a 10% discount will be given to you at the time of booking. This option is only for bookings made within 30 days of check-in subject to availability, and no refunds will be given if you cancel.

For a refundable booking, the policy varies depending on how far in advance the booking is made.

• For bookings made within 7 days of the check-in date:
  • All cancellations are non-refundable.
  • The full payment amount is required at the time of booking
• For bookings made between 8 and 30 days of the check-in date:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation 16+ days in advance
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation between 8 and 15 days
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we can’t provide a refund.
  • The full booking amount is due when you make your reservation.
• For bookings made between 31 and 90 days of the check-in date:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation 16+ days in advance
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation between 8 and 15 days
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we can’t provide a refund.
  • The full booking amount is required at the time of the reservation.
• For bookings made between 91 and 455 days before the check-in date:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation 31+ days in advance
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation between 16 and 30 days
  • If you cancel within 15 days of your check-in date, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
  • Payment: A 50% deposit is due when you book, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before your check-in date.
